What You Need:
2 tbsp oil
½ tbsp cumin seeds
½ tbsp mustard seeds
Red chili powder-to taste
1tbsp chana dal (chick peas split)
Pinch turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
Few cilantro leaves
Peal the potato’s and cut them in to small pieces.
Heat the oil in a vessel (pan), and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds,
When it splutters add turmeric powder and Chana dal and fry them for 3 minutes.
Add curry leaves and stir.
Add potato’s and stir them for few minutes and add some chilli powder & salt and mix well.
Stir-fry for 10 mins.
At the end add few Cilantro leaves on the top of the potatoes.
Can be eaten with bread, rice, or even for breakfast with eggs...YUMMY!!
