{TASTY TUESDAY} California Healthy Sandwiches

California Healthy Sandwiches
Prep 20 min | Cook None | Serves 2


1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing
2 tablespoons hummus
4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
1/2 small avocado, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Put the alfalfa sprouts and carrot in separate small bowls; toss with the dressing. Spread the hummus evenly on the slices of bread. Layer evenly with the avocado, tomato, carrot and alfalfa mixture. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
